Clearform is a sole trader business registered in Australia (ABN: 14 220 522 852), providing document automation services to professional services firms. These terms govern all use of our services and website.
Clearform provides document creation services including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), onboarding guides, proposal templates, and other professional documentation. All documents are delivered in PDF format via email.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Payment is due in full before document production begins. We accept payment via Stripe (card).
Completed documents are delivered by email as PDF files within 5–7 business days of payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.
A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued with each order.
Each order includes one round of minor revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of document delivery by replying to the delivery email. "Minor revisions" means corrections and small adjustments — not a full rewrite or scope change.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, no refund is available. If you are dissatisfied with a delivered document, contact us — we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns within the scope of the original brief.
Upon receipt of payment in full, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, modify, and adapt the delivered document for your own internal business purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicence documents produced by Clearform without our written consent.
Clearform retains the right to use anonymised document structures and methodologies for the development of future services.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
